I’m Lara Marqués, photographer and artisan born in Badajoz, now based in Castilleja de Guzmán — a small village in the Aljarafe, just outside Seville.

I have been working as a photographer for over ten years. I work with people — families, couples, newborns, professionals — and my approach is simple: I take the time to get to know you before I pick up the camera. The best photographs come from trust, from that moment when you forget there is a lens in front of you.

Alongside photography, I create handmade pieces under the brands Flores de Guzmán and Artesanía de Guzmán: jewellery, pendants and objects made by hand using wildflowers and plants gathered from the Aljarafe countryside, preserved in resin. Every piece is unique, just like the flower inside it.

I also run workshops and courses in crafts, design and creativity at the studio, open to all levels.
